If you want to post your story immediately, the easiest way is to use your Canva mobile app. This means if you edit your story on your desktop, I still recommend you download the Canva mobile app on your phone and switch to the app after you’ve customized your story. To share your design, simply tap ‘Share’ (arrow up icon) on the top toolbar of the mobile app and choose ‘Instagram Story’, then it will automatically open your Instagram app and the final step is sharing you story.
The Canva mobile app is also useful when you’re editing on your desktop but want to use photos from your phone. Switch to your Canva mobile app, Select ‘Uploads’, and select one from your gallery. Then, refresh the page on your desktop, jump to the ‘Uploads’ section, and your photo will be ready to use.
